It has a side nylon zipper and button at the waist. It is labeled "100% polyester, machine washable". Excellent condition, belt is not original but will come with the skirt. The Waist measures 27-28 inches max, but can be belted smaller, Hip 50 inches, Length 19 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
